Jerk chicken definitely makes for one heck of a tasty marinade. A nice meal of keto jerk chicken thighs are an absolute keto delight!


  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/3 cup liquid aminos
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 piece fresh ginger, peeled and minced
  • 1 tsp ground allspice
  • 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • fresh ground black pepper


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large Ziploc bag or storage container with a lid
  2. Refrigerate mixture for at least 6 hours, stirring several times during this time
  3. Take chicken from refrigerator and remove thighs from marinade; discard marinade
  4. Place thighs into a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat until chicken is cooked through
  5. Optional and for an added taste element, grill the chicken thighs until cooked through and slightly charred
  6. Remove from heat source, serve, and devour!
