HOW TO MAKE CHEESE STUFFED MEATBALLS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Place all ingredients except almond flour in a mixing bowl
  3. Using a mesh strainer, sift the almond flour into the mixing bowl
  4. Mix all ingredients together evenly, using your hands
  5. Cut the mozzarella cheese into equal size chunks
  6. Patty out a small amount of the meat mixture in your hand
  7. Place the cheese cubes in the middle of each and roll sides to cover the cheese completely
  8. Place meatballs on a baking sheet with a silicone baking liner and place in the oven
  9. Bake for 25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through
  10. Remove from oven and gobble down!
