STORING LEFTOVER LOW-CARB CAULIFLOWER TOAST

Storing leftover cauliflower toast is super easy!

All you need to do is place leftover pieces into an airtight container and store in the fridge, to be safe.

However, these won’t keep for a long time, so plan on eating them within the next day or so. Anything three days or over, it’s best to discard any remaining leftovers.

  • Cheesecloth – Getting the last little bits of water from the cauliflower is essential. Using cheesecloth is the absolute easiest way to make this happen, all while making for easy cleanup. Make sure to have some cheesecloth on hand before starting the cauliflower toast making process!
  • Silicone Baking Liner – A silicone baking liner can really make your kitchen cleanup life so much easier. The liner is placed onto a baking sheet (there are different sizes of liners to fit different sheets) and keeps anything and everything from sticking to the pan. The even better news? The liners help the food cook more evenly and are super easy to clean after you finish cooking!
