Keto deviled eggs are a delicious side, perfect for your next family gathering or holiday meal! They are sweet, slightly tangy, and delicious!

WHAT ARE DEVILED EGGS?
Deviled eggs are a variant on a boiled egg, which includes a slightly sweet, slightly tangy, creamy yolk filling.
These eggs are staple side dishes during holiday dinners and can be found as sides and adding in delis, diners, and restaurants around the US.
Making keto deviled eggs is easy and the result is delicious! Replace sugar with a keto-approved sweetener, substitute sweet pickle relish, and you’re ready to go!

CAN’T I USE SWEET RELISH?
A common thought would be to use normal sweet relish in this recipe. In fact, you might even think there isn’t enough sugar in sweet relish to worry about.
However, when you’re eating low-carb/keto, every gram of carbs counts. So, opt for the dill relish instead to reduce the carbs while keeping the “tang.”
DON’T FORGET REFRIGERATION!
It shouldn’t go without mentioning: don’t forget to refrigerate your eggs! Unless you plan on eating/serving them immediately after you make them, you’ll definitely want to place them in the fridge.
They need to be chilled at all times unless they are being served. If for some reason you accidentally leave them out for a few hours, it would probably be best to toss the eggs for safety reasons.

TIPS FOR DELICIOUS DEVILED EGGS
Here are some tips on making your deviled eggs the best they can be.
PERFECT BOILED EGGS
As you might have figured out, the most important part of a delicious deviled egg is getting the eggs perfectly boiled.
To do this, boil the eggs as described in the recipe description. When the time is up, remove the pot from the heat and immediately (using tongs or a slotted spoon) place the eggs into ice water.
This makes sure the eggs don’t cook too much so they don’t turn hard and chewy.
USE A BAG TO PIPE IN THE FILLING
Filling deviled eggs can be the trickiest and/or hardest part about them. For this recipe, we recommend using a spoon to spoon the filling back into the egg white. This method is easy, everyone has a spoon, and it will get the job done.
However, if you want to perfectly fill your eggs or impress your family and guests with professional looking deviled eggs, you’ll want to use a Ziplock bag to pipe the filling.
After you mix the filling, spoon it into a baggie. Using scissors, snip one of the bottom edges of the bag. Work the filling into the corner and squeeze gently to fill the egg whites.
Voila!

STORING KETO DEVILED EGGS
Storing deviled eggs is probably the easiest thing you’ve ever done. Simply place them in any air-tight storage container and pop them into the fridge.
You’ll want to eat leftover deviled eggs within a few days to ensure they are still fresh. Any eggs left after 3-4 days should be discarded.
WHAT TO EAT KETO DEVILED EGGS WITH
