Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 2 tbsp liquid aminos
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl
  3. Roll into meatballs and place on a baking sheet
  4. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until done
  5. Remove from oven, let cool, and chow down!
