Pretty dang close to what the Mexican restaurants serve, but made of real cheese! This keto white cheddar queso is awesome!
- 1 lb white cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup half-and-half
- 1/4 cup green chiles, finely chopped
- 8 oz mozzerella cheese
- 8 oz sour cream
- Add all ingredients to your slow cooker, set to low heat
- Stir every half hour until all cheese is melted and ingredients are combined
- Grab your favorite "crunch" and dip away!
