Pretty dang close to what the Mexican restaurants serve, but made of real cheese! This keto white cheddar cheese queso is awesome!


  • 1 lb white cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup half-and-half
  • 1/4 cup green chiles, finely chopped
  • 8 oz mozzerella cheese
  • 8 oz sour cream


  1. Add all ingredients to your slow cooker, set to low heat
  2. Stir every half hour until all cheese is melted and ingredients are combined
  3. Grab your favorite "crunch" and dip away!
