Ingredients

  • 3 fl oz silver tequila
  • 1 1/2 medium Key limes
  • 2 tbsp powdered erythritol
  • 3/4 cup crushed ice
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper, sliced with seeds removed
  • Kosher salt (for the rim)

Instructions

  1. Juice limes
  2. In a cocktail shaker or other closed-lid container, combine all ingredients and shake well
  3. If you want a salted rim, run a wedge of lime around the outside of the glass before filling, and dip in a plate of kosher salt
  4. Sit back, relax, and drink up!
