Store bought mayonnaise is fine and all but… This keto mayonnaise is easy to make, tastes wonderful and has none of the fillers or extra ingredients!
- 1 1/4 cups olive oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Place the egg, 1/4 cup of olive oil, and salt in a mixing bowl, blender, or food processor; mix thoroughly
- Leaving your selected mixing tool running, slowly add in the rest of the olive oil
- After the mixture has mixed and thickened, add the lemon juice and continue to mix until well incorporated
