Ingredients
- 1 medium Key lime
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 2 oz white rum
- 2 oz club soda
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp powdered erythritol
Instructions
- Juice Lime
- Muddle mint leaves in the bottom of the glass using an stainless steel muddler
- Add ice to glass
- Pour in lime juice, powdered erythritol, club soda, and white rum
- Stir to incorporate all ingredients
- Sip and savor!
