A drop-dead simple, yet amazing, dessert great for everyone! These keto no-bake chocolate cookies take no time to make and are delish!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 3 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 3 tbsp powdered erythritol
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp unsweetend cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except coconut together in a mixing bowl
- Gradually mix in shredded, unsweetened coconut
- Continue to stir until mixture is smooth and coconut is evenly mixed
- Place spoonfuls of mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Freeze for a few minutes before serving
