  1. Mix together lime juice, fish sauce, cayenne pepper, sweetener, and liquid aminos; set aside
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and cook chicken pieces; season with salt and pepper
  3. Add garlic and pepper midway through
  4. Move chicken and vegetables to the side of pan; reduce heat
  5. Scramble eggs in other side of pan
  6. Add noodles and sauce mixture and mix well
  7. Heat for 5 minutes to heat noodles; continue to stir to incorporate sauce well
  8. If using, sprinkle chopped almonds on top
  9. Add green onion pieces, serve, and enjoy!
