  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF
  2. Cut cauliflower florets off cauliflower head
  3. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook cauliflower florets until tender; drain
  4. Add all ingredients to a large baking dish and stir until well mixed
  5. Bake until cheese is melted and golden
  6. Let cool for a few minutes, then grab a spoon and dig into awesomeness!
