  1. Remove all cauliflower florets from cauliflower head
  2. Add florets to a food processor
  3. Pulse the cauliflower until it becomes the consistency of rice
  4. Place the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat
  5. Place cauliflower in skillet, stirring frequently
  6. Finely chop or grate carrots and add to skillet
  7. Add the rest of the ingredients and continue to stir constantly
  8. Cook until cauliflower starts to brown and the egg is completely cooked in the mixture
  9. Remove from heat, serve, and enjoy!
