Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F
  2. Grease a 9" springform pan with coconut oil spray
  3. In a medium saucepan, heat the butter with ¼ cup of the heavy cream over medium-low heat until the butter is melted
  4. Add the chocolate pieces and stir until melted and smooth; remove from heat
  5. Using a hand mixer, whisk together the eggs, sweetener, and cocoa powder
  6. Mix in melted chocolate mixture from saucepan
  7. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and bake until puffed and set, roughly 35 to 40 minutes
  8. Remove from oven and let cool for at least one hour; run a knife around the edge of the cake before unmolding
  9. Dust cake with powdered erythritol before serving
  10. Take a bite, close your eyes, and enjoy!

Silly question but when it says add sweetner is that the Gilden Monkfruit and the powdered erythritol & then dust with extra erythritol. Thanlyou

You'd add the golden monk fruit sweetener to the mixture. The powdered erythritol is for dusting only. Hope this helps!

I would love it if this were easier to print. I never see the PRINT icon. and i have to cut and paste. it becomes so messy lol... but love the recipes!!!
