Looking to satisfy a sweet tooth? Well, look no further. Our keto cookie bars blend together some of our favorites... chocolate, coconut, and almonds!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Mix the almond flour, coconut flour, flaxseed meal, and melted butter together and place into an 8x8 baking dish
  3. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until golden brown
  4. Bring the heavy cream, softened butter, and sweetener to a gentle boil in a saucepan
  5. Heat until the mixture begins to brown and starts to thicken; remove from heat
  6. Place unsweetened coconut flakes on a baking sheet and toast for 3 - 5 minutes in the oven
  7. Sprinkle chocolate chips, chopped almonds, coconut flakes over the crust
  8. Pour liquid mixture over the top
  9. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until bars turn golden brown
  10. Remove from oven and let cool
  11. Eat and enjoy!

  2. Unsweetened chocolate chips. Do you mean sugar-free chocolate chips such as Lily’s or ChocZero? Or do you mean unsweetened chocolate? I’ve not seen unsweetened chips. Thank you.

      Yes, sugar-free chocolate chips like Lily’s would be perfectly fine. I will actually change it to say that since unsweetened chocolate chips aren’t available everywhere.
