- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 pasteurized egg yolk
- 3 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Using a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients together for several seconds
- Pour blended mixture into your ice cream maker

No, we don’t cook the yolks. Pasteurized eggs are considered safe to eat raw, but if you don’t feel comfortable with it, you can easily leave them out.
