Ingredients
- 1 batch of our Keto Gnocchi
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch pink Himalayan salt
- 1 pinch fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
- Whip up the pot of gnocchi using the directions on that recipe
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat
- Add gnocchi pieces
- Coat in butter and cook for 5 minutes
- Cover with parmesan and plate
- Eat and enjoy!
