Ingredients

  • 1 large Haas avocado
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except cilantro together in a high-speed blender
  2. Pulse until ingredients are well mixed and incorporated
  3. Scrap mixture from the blender into serving bowl and top with fresh cilantro and a drizzle of olive oil
  4. Grab your favorite "crunch" and dig in!
