  1. Preheat oven to 375˚F
  2. Grease a baking sheet with coconut oil cooking spray
  3. In a mixing bowl combine sour cream, eggs, butter, and salt together; mix well
  4. Then, add the coconut flour and baking powder; mix well
  5. Last, add the browned sausage and cheese and stir well
  6. Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of batter onto the baking sheet
  7. Bake for 15 - 18 minutes, or until the sausage balls begin to brown
  8. Remove, let cool, and chow down!
